UML missing features

I am finding a lot of missing UML capabilities in Visio 2003. If anyone
knows how to get any of these capabilities, let me know. Otherwise, consider
them product improvement suggestions.

F'rinstance: in sequence diagrams:
-No create message (I work around this by specifiying the class's
constructor method for the message and attaching it to the bottom connection
point on the head of the object lifeline).
-No conditions ([inventory = 0])
-No iteration marker (*[for all order lines])
-Branched lifelines have only 2 connection points and you can't add any (you
have to add an activation box to get connection points).
-Can't set stereotypes on objects
