Restoring file after abnormal termination
I seem to have learned the hard way that Visio 2000 has a
bug. I lost power to my computer while working on a Visio file and now I cannot open the file. It's terrible, because I didn't just lose the changes I made since last saving -- I can't access the file, period. Knowledge base article 264660 describes the problem I had and lists this as the resolution: RESOLUTION The information and shapes in a damaged (corrupted) drawing can seldom be recovered. Can anyone help me try to have one of the "seldom" recovered files? Thanks! J |
