Default Setting up Hyperlink base path in Access

I have an email address field in my DB that I would like to point to outlook
so that when I click on the hyperlink address in the DB it will automatically
open outlook and a new message window.

I have tried the normal help and found where I have to set the Hyperlink
base path but I'm not sure what to put in there for outlook.
