Default Form with Subform Question

Have designed a simple form that includes a subform of multiple
entries that correlate with the record on the form.

Am trying to merge the whole thing into a word document and the
information in the subform is not tranferring correctly. Everything
from the form is.

Do I have to create a report or a query in order to get all data for a
specific record to merge.

Concern is, when I do the merge, I only want multiple specific records
to merge but I want all their data.

IE: Records with a category = to x or z.

Apparently you want to list the subform/related records in a single
document. You can concatenate the child records using a function like the
one found at
http://www.rogersaccesslibrary.com/O...p#Hookom,Duane. I
believe there are methods within Word to move to the next record within the
same document.
