Default sending a global mailing

I work for a company with about 900 employees who all have
e-mail addresses speccific to the company
.) I want to send a mailing to all
of them without having to click on every name in the
global list. I have received such mailings from people
withmore authorityin the company and I don't know if I
need a password, or what I have to do. Can anybody tell me?

Default sending a global mailing

Click on the first name, hold shift, press the End keyboard key to select
all, press To button to add them to the field.
