Default How to create 2 line graph with XY axis values in Power Point

I am using Power Point 2003. I need to create a two line graph with values
both on the Y axis and on the X axis. Powers Point has a two line graph with
values on two Y axes; it also has a Scatter graph with values on the Y and X
axis. However, I cannot create a 2 line graph with one set of values on the Y
axis and a separate set of values on the X axis.

Can anyone help?
