Default Toolbar problems

When I add new buttons to my formatting toolbar (through customization), they don't show up. When I go back in to edit/add them again, they show up in the toolbar only until I close the customization window. Then they dissapear again. Anyone else experienced this problem, or know how to fix it?

Thanks

Hi,

You can try downloading the new Service Pack 1 for Visio from
http://www.microsoft.com/office as there are a lot of corrections and
fixes in it and if the probelm persists again then you can try repairing
Visio by typing "visio/r" option from the Start-Run.

I hope this resolves your issue.

I downloaded the Service Pack 1, but it didn't help. I tried the "visio/r" option from Start/Run but I didn't know the path.
