Default Is it possible to view Windows file system folders in Outlook 2003

In Outlook 2000, it was possible to view the contents of Windows file system
folders (i.e., on the C drive) as well as create shortcuts to those folders
(Outlook 2000 even included a default shortcut to My Computer). Is there any
way to view and navigate the Windows file system in Outlook 2003? In Outlook
2003, there is no shortcut to My Computer and does not appear to be any way
to access folders on the C drive. Has that functionality been removed from
Outlook?

To open, try File/Open/Outlook Data File

Yes. Outlook 2003 no longer has that feature.
