Default Outlook Address Book

Hi, I am teaching an Outlook 2003 class and one of my students had a good
question for me this evening. In the Outlook Address Book it is possible to
Show names from the ... Global Address List, Outlook Personal Folder, Public
Folder, Contacts etc.. When she looks she has Contacts in three times.
Different names appear in the three different Contact areas. Can anyone
explain how this can happen?
Many thanks

Different names showing in each Contacts list when selected in the "Show
names from the" drop-down means that the person has three Contacts folders
in their mail profile.
