Prevously I had XP, now I have vista. I am trying to create an address book
in Outlook, thanks

Default what is WAB DLL when creating address book in Outlook

See http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/vista.htm - Outlook 2000 is not
supported on vista. It will work a little better if you use Corp mode but
its would be better to upgrade.

Default what is WAB DLL when creating address book in Outlook

You did not post your Outlook version. Address Book creation in Outlook is
not dependent on the OS unless you are using a version of Outlook that was
abandoned years ago.
