Default Slide Timings: Non manual setup

Using Office 2007 PPT

Is there a way to configure the slideshow timings (time for each slide)
without rehearsing it?
I'd like to be able to set a default time for all slides then edit teh time
for some slides, rather than rehearsing it.
Bit like a story board.

David Jones,
Animations tab - in the transitions to this slide section - next to
automatically after choose a timing then click on Apply to all.
Then click on the slide sorter view button at the bottom of your screen,
select the slide you want to edit, and adjust the automatically after
timing.

Thanks for that.
I think if this option could somehow be blended with teh rehearse timings on
teh Slide Show tab it would be less confusing.
eg Where its says "Rehearse timings" have an option to point to say
"Manually configure timings"
