How do I remove "Delete Block? No (Yes)" question in Word?

Default How do I remove "Delete Block? No (Yes)" question in Word?

I am using Word 2002 and it seems out of the blue, I now get the above
question when I highlight a word and hit delete. I just want to delete it and
move on.

Tools | Options | General: Clear the check boxes for both items that refer
to WordPerfect.
