Restart animation

Hi all,
Can some one please tell me if there is a way to change the position of an
animation.
Eg say i have a shape going across the screen and via a userform change it's
top position It does move it as in when you stop the slide show it has moved.
However is there a way to move it and have it reflected straight away whist
still running the presentation.
