Default Spell Check with Office 97

A WIndows XP machine, using IE6 and OE6, cannot spell check with Office 97
installed.

In the foruns:
Solution: Obtain a copy of the file csapi3t1.dll and place it in the folder
"Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof".

It will work?

I'm from Brazil, The solution must work on the Brazilian Portuguese version
of the products

It should work fine on your PC.

The file comes on your Windows XP CD. It's just with Office97, the file doesn't get
installed automatically. So if you install the file from your version of the Windows XP
CD, it should be the correct version.

How To: Fix spell checking in Outlook Express 6
