How to Change the printinting source of each slide?
I have a Power Point slide set and I want to print slides 1-5 landscape and
slides 6-10 portrait on the printer. It appears that I can only have the slides print all landscape or all portrait but not mixed? Has anyone been able to do this? |

If the landscape are in fact slides 1 to 5 and the portrait 6-10 then you
could have two presentations one landscape and one portrait which of course would print in the correct orientation when individually sent to the printer. You would link your presentations into one seamless presentation see here. http://www.awesomebackgrounds.com/powerpointlinking.htm -- Michael Koerner MS MVP - PowerPoint "CTI" wrote in message ... One way would be to print only the first 5 slides with the landscape setting using the Print range setting and put in 1-5 for the slides to print. Do the same with slides 6-10 with the portrait setting. Another way would be to duplicate the file twice with two new file names. On one delete the slides you want to print landscape and the other delete the slides for portrait. Print each file to the printer. |
