OL 2007 App Shortcut and Opening Mail Attachment Warning
A colleague put shortcuts to Office 2007 apps in Outlook's shortcut list
(Navigation Pane on the left). Every time she clicks Word, Excel or any of the app shortcuts, she receives the Opening Mail Attachment warning. These are shortcuts to open the programs (LNK) on her own PC. How do we turn off the warning for these apps without taking away the feature for email attachments? She said she did this in 2003, but can't figure out how to do it in Outlook 2007 and neither can I. Thanks. Meryl -- http://www.meryl.net/blog/ |

OL 2007 App Shortcut and Opening Mail Attachment Warning
There has to be a way to open your own application shortcuts in Outlook
without getting the "Opening Mail Attachment" pop up box. This is not an attachment coming in an email, but simple a shortcut to Word, Excel, PowerPoint from within Outlook. Thanks for any help.
