emailing a publication

Trying to email a 50 page publication that has 31 pages of photos. Each time
I try to email as an attachment windows shuts down. Should I condense first?
If so how. I am a novice, so please be patient.

Two ideas...scroll down.....

1) The file in question is far too large for
sending in e-mail. You may have better
luck if you convert the file to a .pdf.

If you are running Publisher 2007...
download the following add-in:

2007 Microsoft Office Add-in:
Microsoft Save as PDF or XPS

For earlier versions of Publisher...
try the following freebie:

PrimoPDF
http://www.primopdf.com/
(if you only have a few files to convert...you can even
do it online)

With your new program installed...open your project
in Publisher and go to...File / Print.

On your Print screen...open the drop window and
select PrimoPDF as your printer.

Click...OK...now you will see the PrimoPDF screen
and you can browse to a save folder.

When you click...OK..your .pdf file will be created
in your save folder.

The resulting .pdf file can be viewed on any computer
that has the free Adobe Reader installed.

2) Or I would suggest that you upload it to
a site like the following and send your
recipient/s the download link.

All you have to do is enter an e-mail
address in the "To:" (Recipient) field
and click the "Browse" button to select
the file you wish to upload. Then click
the "Send It" button.

The next screen that appears will give
you the download link. Just copy/paste
it into the message to your recipients
who can download and view the file on
their computer.
