Are you sure you could before? Which version did you have prior to 2003?

www.xnview.com will open .bmf images. Free program, maybe a copy/paste.

Can't remember. I think it was Publisher 98 and I used the Corel gallery a
lot.

I tried that programme and it didn't recognise the format. Any other hints?

I'm out of ideas. My Publisher 98 or 97 cannot import .bmf files. CorelDraw
doesn't recognize these files.
This site says its product can read .bmf (Corel Flow)

The mystery deepens! I just tried to open a publisher .pub file made a year
ago based on a corel gallery .bmf file - and got a blank page. No picture at
all. Last week, I had installed a new video card and mother board. Could this
have affected anything?

Nope. Publisher has never been able to directly import BMF files.

Are you sure you weren't previously using Corel Ventura? Venture also uses
the .pub extension.

If you look in folder options in explorer, it says that bmf files open with
Publisher and I have never used any other program for making signs. Besides,
it says on the file which won't now open that it is a .pub file, even tho' it
included a theme border from corel gallery. I've never heard of Venture. So
it's a mystery!
