Default HELP... PRINTING HIGH RES PROBLEM

I am working on a publisher (2003) file. Most of the graphics are
linked there are a few embedded, only because I haven't stopped
working on the project long enough to link rather than embed. All
graphics are 300 dpi commercial tiff files. Worked on the same
project last year with no problems printing. Now I am receiving
message "Publisher cannot print the high resolution version of this
graphic." Can anyone help me. Due to cost, instead of packing the
project for commercial printing, we are going to submit as .pdf file.
I have to be able to print....

I thought of that, but the error doesn't mention Not enough memory, it
just states "Publisher cannot print the high resolution version of
this graphic" Is that the same thing?
