hyperlinks and display text when converting Publisher to PDF
Hi. I've recently created a newsletter in Publisher 2003. There are
hyperlinks in the document where the display text is different to the URL (eg. display text: "Read Sian's article", URL: http://www.facebook.com/topic.php?to...79&topic=8308). This is because the actual URL will look 'messy' in the document. I have now converted the document into PDF using Adboe 5.0. However, when i open the doc in Adobe Reader (as most of the people we send it to will) and select the hyperlink it tries to connect me to "Read Sian's Article" rather than the actual URL. Is there a way to carry over the hyperlink in this format where the reader will be connected to the URL not the display text? Thanks, sorrry for the long explanation - i've tried to include as many details as poss. |

hyperlinks and display text when converting Publisher to PDF
I don't know how it is with version 5, but in my version of Acrobat, click the
link tool on the toolbar and follow the prompts. -- Mary Sauer http://msauer.mvps.org/ "spike04" wrote in message ... Hi. I've recently created a newsletter in Publisher 2003.
