Default How to print a self made phone book from Outlook Contacts?

Hello,

I need to create a pocket sized paper based phone book from the entries in
Outlook Contacts. I need to print about 4 pages onto each 8.5x11 sheet, and
cut them out. Then I need to fold each of these small pages and staple them
together. How do I make Outlook to do this? If Outlook can't do it, what
type of software can I export my contact list to for doing this?

Thanks!

If none of the Print Styles in Outlook meet your needs (have you looked
through them yet?), you could set up a mail merge with Microsoft Word to do
what you're asking, provided both Word and Outlook are the same version. See
the following for more information:

Hi,

Thanks. Never knew about the Print Style option available. I looked at
Outlook Help and I think Card (Small Booklet) maybe what I'm looking for.
However, I just can't seem to find the Card style (I tried this in the
Contact main screen, clicked open a group, or even selected a number of
contacts within a group). How do I find this Card style?

Thanks

You select it from the print options.

Switch to one of the card views. Outlook's print styles are very dependent on what view you have displayed.
