Default Problem with label template document in Word

I have a couple of users when creating new label in Word 2003 sp3 using any avery standard template, the document becomes 2 pages instead of just 1. The rest of my users do not have this problem. Please help if any one has experienced this and been resolved.

Thank you.

Make sure that they do not have a header or footer set up in their
normal.dot template.
