How to create a new Contact folder at the root of mailbox
A user has moved his contact folder to just under his calendar folder. When
trying move the folder back it will not allow the move. I then created a new folder at the root of the mailbox called contacts and moved all of his contacts over to this folder, but I can not delete the one that is now under calendar (it seems to know that is a system folder). How can I get rid of that folder and have Outlook recreate a system Contact folder? -- Laurie |

You cannot delete a default folder.
You could have moved it back where it belongs. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "LaurieF" wrote in message ... A user has moved his contact folder to just under his calendar folder.
