Default wrapping text in outlook 2007 calendar appointments

How do you wrap text in outlook 2007 calendar appointments?

I looked at the link
http://wiki.answers.com/Q/How_do_you...appo intments

I did some customizations like using legal size paper, not printing
end times,
printing only work days, reducing the font size, but still it is not
enough.

I installed the Calendar Printing Assistant from
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...687211033.aspx

I looked at the tools at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp
, but don't know if any of them can wrap the text.

Any suggestions/advice would be appreciated. Is there a circuitous
method in which
I may have to export the calendar to Excel/Word, then print it
so that it comes properly.

Can that be done using some VBA code? If so, some pointers in that
direction would be appreciated.

Thanks

You can't wrap text in Outlook 2007, except with the calendar printing
assistant or one of the tools listed on the page at slipstick. They should
all wrap text - and all have free trials so you can see if they meet you
needs. (Try the word template first. )

I can tell you that WinCalendar does indeed support text wrap. For
screen shots & more info see:

I used the calendar printing assistant from

It works fine except the font size of text in the calendar
is bit small. Anything can be done to
enlarge it?

Which word template are you referring to in the link

MS Calendar Assistant at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...687211033.aspx
does wrap text. The font is a bit small(size 8)

I downloaded the free version from
http://www.wincalendar.com/download.html
But, apparently it does not allow you to import your
calendar from Outlook. Is there a way, I can test it to see how
different is the calendar
produced from Calendar Assistant, , before I can
purchase it?

Thanks for your advice.

Either of the templates will do - OutCal
(http://www.slipstick.com/files/outcal.zip) might be the fastest, but they
all work basically the same way but offer slightly different features.

The free version of Wincalendar should allow you to import at least
appointments from one week of today. If your Outlook calendar does
not appear in WinCalendar - see Outlook troubleshooting in Wincalendar
help. Here is the online version of this page:
