microsoft 2003 outlook encountered a problem and won't open
i just keep getting this error message and it keeps going in a cycle. Can't
get into safe mode. Have tried replacing msmapi32.dll with an earlier version and that doesn't work.

Does the program open/start under a different operating system user id?
