trouble with mail merge on postcards
I created some postcards for clients as a thank you for
your business and I want to use the client list I have already created for other purposes. I already mail merged it without any problems. The problem I do have is that both postcards on the page have the same name on them. I need each postcard to reflect a different record. If you know how to do this I would appreciate it. Thanks. |

trouble with mail merge on postcards
Jesse, I assume you are using a two to a page postcards. To use the merge correctly
you need to setup your page this way, File, page setup, postcard, ½ page Letter. This will print two to a page, but only one card will be on your screen. The merge will be correct doing it this way. -- Mary Sauer MS MVP http://office.microsoft.com/ http://www.mvps.org/msauer/ news://msnews.microsoft.com "Jesse" wrote in message ...
