Default Lookup and return next value

My Production Planner is exporting data from a Program that helps create our
scheduling priorities. However, there are calculations that she needs to
perform on that data before it is given to production.

What I would like to do is pull the data from the export worksheet and have
it populate my new sheet. Each job (up to 10 per Press, and varies daily) is
assigned a PO# that can be divided up between one or more of 16 Presses. I
need a formula that looks up the Press and PO# from the Exported worksheet to
populate the rows under the appropriate Press# on our Production Log
worksheet.

Export
A B C D E
(Press) (PO#)
1 01DD001 1051037 V35 Grey 4050
2 01DD001 1045876 S2 Grey 1200
3 02DD002 1098734 Si Red 2200
4 03DD003 1098734 Si Red 2000
5 03DD003 1034975 V10 Grey 900
6 03DD003 1093487 V11 Red 15000

Need 10 even rows of data for each press, even if multiple rows are blank
for a press. Must be in a different worksheet. Need to copy the adjacent
data cells.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
