"Save As" image cropped
Visio 2000, no idea whether it has any service packs. I inherited it, and
any printed documentation is long gone. I'm pretty ignorant about Visio in general. I've inherited a document. Graphics are in Visio, saved as TIFF and imported into the DTP software. When I do Save As TIFF, the left, right, and bottom boundaries are cropped. Fiddling with the settings on the TIFF dialog doesn't seem to affect this at all. So this leads me to think there's a setting elsewhere--a rectangle defined somewhere (no layers in the graphics), a setting defining output size, guidelines, something that leads to the left, right, and bottom cropping so the graphic is a particular size. It's not TIFF-specific -- happened when I tried JPEG too. Online help has not been particularly useful -- any keywords I think of are not represented in the index. Any suggestions on what might be causing this? The previous owner clearly got it to work, so it can be done; I'm not talking about a bug in the software. Thanks. J. |
