Outlook 2003 - cached exchange mode - team calendar
When I turn cached exchange mode on in Outlook 2003 everything works OK and
syncs with the server with the exception of My Team Calendar (v2.2) which goes offline as you would expect, however there does not seem to be a facility to go online and refresh the view to my team's calendars which means I have to turn CEM off once a day, log out and in again so that I can get an updated view of other calendars and then turn CEM back on and log out and in again. Any ideas?
