How can I include all contacts with the same job title into one distribution
list?

Distribution list creation by Job Title
All are assigned the same Job Title. When I select the job title and then
the action..new message to contact, all I get is the one person. How do I select the Job Title category without opening a person's file open? Distribution list creation by Job Title
Why not just group by Job Title and avoid the duplication of effort involved in assigning categories that are the same as the Job Title?
