Default Distribution list creation by Job Title

How can I include all contacts with the same job title into one distribution
list?

I'd assign the same category to all of them, select the category, and use
ActionsNew Message to Contact rather than a DL.

All are assigned the same Job Title. When I select the job title and then
the action..new message to contact, all I get is the one person.

How do I select the Job Title category without opening a person's file open?

Are you displaying the contacts in a By Category view?

Didn't know about a 'by category view' Will try it. Thanks.

Why not just group by Job Title and avoid the duplication of effort involved in assigning categories that are the same as the Job Title?
