Default Rules for mutiple accounts

I've set a rule to trigger on "sent to" address, but it doesn't trigger when
I'm copied or bcc. How do I include the cc and bcc fields? I just want to
seperate my accounts into seperate folders.

Also, what does "my name" mean, especially with regards to multiple accounts?

Default Rules for mutiple accounts

"My Name" as configured in your account settings.
You shouldn't use the rule for that purpose. Use the "received via account"
option instead.
