Default Converting Access 2003 Navigation Groups to Access 2007

We are are converting to Access 2007 and one user used the Custom Groups in
the Database Window extensively in Access 200/2003 databases. When he opens
the databases in Access 2007 the Groups are there but the objects are not
under the correct groups. A further complication is that he renamed the
objects in the Access 2003 groupings. Has anyone else encountered this?
