How can you have an Access application dial a TAPI phone interface instead of
a modem?

Hi Jerry,

It's a long time since I did this, but AFAIR you simply use the
TAPIRequestMakeCall() function (which of course is in the Telephony
API). A web search for the function name (I hope I've got it right)
should get you going; otherwise, there used to be and probably still are
some very helpful people in the TAPI newsgroup
