Default Import AOL address book

I use AOL as my ISP but have just started to use Outlook
2002 as my main e-mail client programme. I have two
questions:

1. How can I import my AOL address book into Outlook?

2. When Outlook starts I get a message asking if I want to
use Outlook as my default e-mail programme. As I'm still
using AOL while I wind it down I'm not sure whether or not
to say "YES" at this message box yet as I'm worried it may
affect AOL ?

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer,
Ian.

Really all that affects is what program opens when you click an email link
in another program, such as your web browser. There's no danger in switching
it over, and it's easy to switch back if you ever want to.
