Default combine two unlike presentations and keep the same formatting on e

I have a user who has two presentations that would like to combine the two,
but keep the slide background and such for each presentation. For example
presentation one has blue background with logo and presentation two has red
background and logo. She wants to combine both presentations and keep the
slides blue for the one and red for the other, but have it in one
presentation.

It's nice to see copying and pasting working if you want the slides to copy
in, changing the background but this user doesn't want that.

I tried everything I know, anyone have a suggestion. Using PP 2002
