do you mean: you want the form to look like a datasheet, but instead of a
heading over each column, you want only one heading?

if so, you can set your form's DefaultView to Continuous Forms. this allows
you to position the form's controls and labels any way you want to. with a
little work, you can make the form look almost exactly like a datasheet (if
that's what you want).
