Default How can I print a Report for the Form I am working on?

I really need some help guys. I have a Form designed that an Inspector
will use to input the results of their inspection data. As long as there is
only one person using it at a time, I don't have a problem. The Inspector
inputs their data, clicks on the Mail Button and a Report generates and
automatically gets mailed to several different individuals throughout our
organization. My problem arises when more than one Inspector opens the Form
and inputs data. My Report is based on a Query which uses the last Record for
the Report. The scenario goes like this Inspector one opens the Form and
starts to enter Data. Inspector two opens the Form and enters Data. Inspector
two finishes first for one reason or another and sends the Report. Inspector
one then gets finished and clicks the Mail Button only to send the Report
based on the data that Inspector two has just finished putting in..
I need a way to send the Report based on the Form the Inspector is
working on at the time the Mail button has been clicked. There is a Post from
1/24/05 called "Subject: How do I email an individual report from a form?"
which had a couple of solutions in it but after trying both, neither worked.
With either one, when the Mail Button is clicked, a blank Report is generated
and sent. What am I missing/doing wrong. Can someone help?
