Default connection of SPS 3.0 contact lists in Outlook regarding lookups

Hi

We have two contact lists in SPS 3.0 a 'People' list and a 'Companies' list.
The 'People' list contains a lookup field for 'Company', the look up points
to the 'Companies' list for company info like tel, fax, address. The reason
being that we have many contacts for the same company, so that where each
individual contact for a company has the same company details (if they're
from the same site of coarse) then they all come from one central location,
removing duplication.

So the question is, if we link the 'People' list to Outlook to show in
Outlooks contact list, does it also show the lookup info, or a link to the
lookup info, the link perhaps having the same name as the lookup field name,
in this case 'Company'.

The next question is does it make sense to have set up the contact list
seperately as we have done.
