Outlook 2007 Contacts and Distribution Lists
I'm using Office Small Business 2007. I have two Outlook questions:
1) When I create a new mail message and type the first letter of a contact or distribution list, it pops up with all that I've used before. Is there a temporary file stored somewhere that holds that list? My problem is that I removed a person out of a distribution list, but when I type the first letter ("p" for praise choir), it shows me an old list that includes the name of the person I deleted. 2) There are four people in the office I support. They want to be able to share the same contacts and distribution lists. Is there a way to do that without being on an exchange server? Thanks! |

Outlook 2007 Contacts and Distribution Lists
1 - Yes, it's stored in an NK2 file. Highlight the 'bad' entry the next time
you see it and hit the Delete key to remove it. 2 - See if any of the ideas here help: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.asp "pilot" wrote in message ... I'm using Office Small Business 2007.
