Database email errors

We currently hold our Foreign and UK mailimg database in
Access. When I send out a mailing to our Foreign database
which has about 12000 contacts I get 2500 email errors
back. Is there any software or a way of updating the
database (removing incorrect email) other than manually
going into each one individually and amending it or
deleting it?? We use worldmerge to send out mailings
through Outlook. Any advise very much appreciated!!
