Default Search facility on an access database

Does anybody know if it is possible to create a search
facility abit like the ones you get on the Internet on MS
Access?...

I need to create a search facility that will allow users
of the database to search through the database at keywords
and pull out all information that relate to that text. for
example if someone wanted to find out about Annual LEave,
could type for example annual in the search box and the
search engine will pull out all items like an intenet
search facilty beginning with annual.

thanks
