Default Beg, borrow or steal

Does anyone know where I might get a list of States(US)
and countries of the World that I can pull into a tracking
database I'm building.

Try the CIA World Factbook, at http://www.cia.gov/cia/publications/factbook/

Search the "Files" in the CompuServe forum in my .sig; there's
certainly a table of countries, and I believe also a table of states
(and territories, and Canadian provinces). If the state table isn't
there post back and I'll upload it.

You will need an ID to connect to the forum, but it's free.

States and Provinces (this is a bit old, you may need to edit
Newfoundland and Nunavut):

For countries:

Again - you'll need an ID but it's free.
