Default Booklet Printing- Publisher 2003

I recently purchased Publisher 2003 for a church newsletter. I formatted
everything and need to print it. I set it up as a booklet in landscape
orientation, with 8 total pages. The measurements of each page being 5.5 X
8.5. However, each time I have tried to print, the page comes out with four
tiny versions of my created pages on one sheet, instead of two larger ones.
I have looked and looked and I do not see anything I'm doing wrong.

This is a printer set-up issue and nothing whatsoever to do with Publisher.
Check your printer options for a 'booklet' setting.

Select booklet in page setup, don't input new measurements. Publisher
automatically sets the page for letter size, landscaped. Be certain you have
letter selected in your printer setup.
