Merging Calendars
How do I merge the Red Sox calendar onto my own outlook calendar? They are
currently side by side, but I want to merge the Red Sox onto my ourtlook calendar

If you're using an earlier version of Outlook, open the Red Sox calendar, display it in a table veiew like By Category, select all the items with Ctrl+A, and drag the selection to the main calendar. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]

Merging Calendars
If you use Outlook 2007/2010, overlay the calendars instead of merging
