Default I need aTemplate on "Appointment Scheduler" for a staff of 5

I was referred to Microsoft Office Templates. There seems to be too many
templates and I thought if I clarify what I’m looking for it would help. I’m
looking for a Sample access database if possible, an “Appointment Scheduler”.
I know there are some commercial products available, however we can’t use a
third party commercial software product and without Microsoft Outlook. I was
going to build one, however I thought as an alternate avenue to seek and
resource, to see if there was already one made, it would save me a lot of
work. Setting: I have a staff of 5 Members; they can see Clients Monday
through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm at 30 min or 60 min intervals; some appointments
can be made up to 6 months in advance. A screen would open up, viewing all
staff members and their appointment status (available or filled) where an
entry could be made for appointments. I would need a demographic form with
follow-up summary reports. One of the reports would need to have all 5 staff
members shown in a summary report of what the schedule for that day is. Also
a report for all the no-shows is needed. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks……

Hi, did you get a reply to your query? I guess its possible to design such a
schedule in Excel....but I agree there must be someone with an appropriate
custom-built template?
Please let me know if you received a response as I am in a similar situation
to yours.

Regards

There are some calendar reports of interest at
http://www.invisibleinc.com/divFiles.cfm?divDivID=4. Also check out
http://www.dbi-tech.com/ which sure beats trying to create your own user
interface.
