Default Insert pre-made excel sheet into new access database, HOW??

I am building a new access database and would like to enter a excel
spreadsheet, but when I try to enter it, I am prompted to re-create that
spreadsheet. I would rather not do that.

Unless someone has a better idea of how to create a mini-spread sheet that
has subjects on the top and the left? (I don't think I said that right)
