Default Showing Calendar with two time zones

I have added my bosses calendar to my Outlook so I can keep it under review.
He works in a different time zone.
When I display his calendar his time zone is not next to his calendar, mine
is.
If I swap the time zones it also changes my system time.
Is there a way that I can swap the times without changing my system time?
