Default Outlook: incl time zone with appt time so it won't chg when travel

I travel around the world for business. When I'm at home in Michigan, I want
to be able to put appointments on my calendar for a certain time in a
different time zone. When I travel, I want to set my computer to the time
zone I'm in, without Outlook changing my 2pm meeting to a 5am meeting!
Since Outlook currently allows two time zones to be displayed in the
calendar, it should at least be possible to allow appointments to be set for
these two time zones. But ideally, the user should be able to specify as many
time zones as needed, even if only two are displayed on the screen. When an
appt time is to be set by the user, the current time zone would be the
default, but there should be a drop-down list which shows the set of
user-specified time zones.
