Default Change Corel to PowerPoint

I made a presentation using Corel Presentation 10 Show. I copied it onto
CD-R to take to my teacher. When using his computer, the file was not able
to open in PowerPoint (which is the only presentation program available on
his computer at school). We tried downloading WordPerfect11 (for free) onto
his computer, but when the download was almost complete, it said there was
an error, and could go no further to downloading (we tried this several
times with different options, but nothing worked).

We tried to change the extension manually, from .shw to .ppt, thinking that
it would convert and open up in PowerPoint, but that didn't work out either.

Can you please advise me ASAP, as my grade depends upon it.

Thank you.

The first thing to look for is if your version of Corel Presentations has a
save to PowerPoint option - I'm fairly certain you'll find this in the File
menu - are their any Save as or Export options?

If all you need to do is view a Corel Presentations presentation, you can
export an EXE from that program, and it should work on all Windows systems.

Hope that helps.
