Default Make my presentation ready only but allow changes and save as...

I don't want anyone to be able to save over the original. I need to keep the
original intact but allow people to makes changes to the file and be able to
save it into their own folder.

I don't think you can do this. At least, I can't think of a way. I suppose
if you mark the file as Read Only in Windows Explorer, they'll at least have
to use Save As to save their changes. It's definitely not infallible,
though, so I'd be sure to keep a copy of the original someplace safe.

About all you can do is mark the file as read-only (rightclick its icon in
Windows Explorer, choose Properties and mark it read only). And hope for the
best. Anyone who knows this trick can change it back to read/write.
